Warranty and support

International register

The bike will be registered in the national and international database BIKEHUNTER, enabling owners to report it as stolen and alert nearby BikeHunters to help locate it. Once reported stolen, the bike will be blocked from being sold on the second-hand market. In addition, local BikeShops will be notified if someone attempts to service the stolen bike.

Recalls

When a recall is issued, the brand can notify affected owners directly. Bicycle owners will receive a customized SMS from the brand with all the necessary details. This will work even if the bicycle has been sold in second hand market.

The size is 20x40mm and is normally placed on seat tube next to bottom bracket.

What about bikes being added that is currently in the market?

Whenever a new bike card is created-whether by a mechanic during a repair or by an owner adding a bike from their garage-all the data will automatically appear on your dashboard.

P.S. If you have frame number data for previously sold bikes, you can pre-create bike cards for them. That way, when a customer enters the frame number of their 6-year-old bike, the system will instantly retrieve the details-creating a seamless and impressive customer experience.
